• Accessing "Enrollment/ Degree Tables": 
  • Select "A. Academic Program Review Documentation" under "I. Part I - Review" and you will find an Excel spreadsheet under the heading "Enrollment/ Degree Tables."
  • If there is no file, please contact UARA (Aaron Prebenda) and we will upload it. Note: We will not be able to create this file until after the Spring graduation numbers have been reflected in the institutional data files - typically in July. Similarly, faculty effort will not be updated to include the most recent academic year until mid- to late-September.
  • Click on the "Download File" link and save it.
  • There is a description of the data in the Excel file as well as the actual data. There are multiple spreadsheets in this file; each contains a unique part of data to be used in your APR.
